I have, now, incorporated walking into my workout plan. I do walk about 5 miles (Leslie Sansone 5 mile walk DVD) every other day and other days I still go jogging for 3-4 miles.
It's great and I'm using different muscles than I normally do in jogging.
And it's slower and I don't feel burned out. Because jogging everyday was making feel a little burned out and a stiff in the knees.
Excellent! I had back surgery 5 weeks ago and since I was released from the hospital, I have walked almost daily, and am now up to 1.5 miles per day. I had fusion surgery, and the walking, fresh air, and sunlight will increase the changes for a good bone fusion. God as the designer of the human body has made keeping fit within the reach of all of His children. It is true that walking is the best exercise. Thank you for sharing this video.
