@shaolindude1 TaiChi is very beneficial for the meridians of the body. One particular style ( I forget Woo or Young I am novice just started learning) has the person following those meridians and unblocking energy so it flows better all over ( lungs, intestines, pericardium, etc) Just started learning 42 form and I can say that it also benefits my 3rd eye greatly, even with the little bit I have learned thus far...

You seem to withdraw deep inside yourself, so that the Taiji just flows through you unimpeded. You don't appear to be DOING the form so much as just letting go to the point
where you allow yourself to become a medium of its expression. You exemplify centeredness, stillness in motion. This video is a beautiful example of Tai Chi as 'moving meditation'. Richard, Sydney
