Sorry I did not reply earlier as have to fly to Bucharest, Romania to help launch their new menu and do a few press interviews. Got together with the 4 chefs that were there and had a great time.

Woh... that's a bit much.. lol. No, there are many great Benihana chefs all round the world, doing their stuff in their own way and promoting the image of a Benihana Chef everyday ! We all do it with love, and that's the spirit of the Benihana Chef that transcends all races and backgrounds. ;)
