If the man makes it clear he has no desire to parent and signs papers giving up his paternal rights before birth he shouldn't have to pay child support. Call it male abortion. But the easiest thing is to wear a condom!!!

If the father wants the child and the woman wants an abortion, she should have to have the baby and sign over her rights with no child support paid to him. She is not forced to mother and his right to father is protected.

@BurnTheBurka Interesting, except men have no "paternal rights" in the practice of law, only "paternal financial responsibilities". Go to any family court to see this in action.

No society as misandric as ours would ever allow a man to abdicate responsibility for a child in the way a woman can, no matter how legitimate his position.

men walking away from their families, wife and kids! lol yer right more like men being forced out of the home, because the wife planned on getting rid of him but wanted to play the victim, I have known a lot of wemen who plan ahead in a relationship in this way, because in their minds men are only a means to an end.
