Nice review on this beautiful case. I purchased a Piel Frama case for my Ipod Touch, and am blown away by the case's quality. The issues mentioned on the video of loose edges are not true for the Touch case, since it does not have as many openings. One thing I want to mention, though, I would be hesitant to put credit cards into this case due to the presence of four strong magnets which hold the case flap closed. Awesome, beautiful case, I am glad I found it.

The case will definitely open while your headphones are still attached, however it is somewhat difficult to open it and fold it back without the headphones getting in the way. I use this case daily and have no problems listening to my music.
If this is all you are worried about with this case, go ahead and pick it up! You won't be dissapointed.
