This is video is really lame! These folks talk about internships as if anyone can just go out and get one. Not so. Certifications, courses, etc. are great if you're still working or have not been out of work for long....but going for a certificate in something like Project Management when you have no experience is probably not going to get you anywhere.

Can you think of any previous experiences in other jobs where you've had to put on a project manager hat to carry out a task? Probably so. I don't believe that anyone is saying there are limitless numbers of internships (or jobs) out there, but it may be worth looking at previous experience and how some of your skills can work in other fields/jobs to broaden your job search possibilities.

But how we can do this if the companies are not giving , opportunities, jobs we already have are not given anough hours, colleges and universities tuition are getting so expensives, If comanies give internship they only have one available, so how could you believe that we can do this when is thousands of students going out every year, millions of people unemployed

No one can expect companies to give them an internship or a job - like anything else, you have to earn your way in the door. So what are you doing to spruce up your previous experience to get your foot in that door and how are you presenting yourself as a job seeker? Someone who is eager to learn and willing to try or someone who has an attitude of entitlement? It makes a world of difference to an employer so people always need to be aware of how they're carrying themselves.

People really need to get this entitlement mindset out of their heads if they want to get hired. Government does not owe you anything, If you want to succeed in the United States, it is up to you, not the government. Change your mindset, and you already increase the probability of getting a job.

Instead of having One Stop Centers, government should hire qualify personnel to place unemployed people back into the job force. These One Stop center don't help at all.
