Obama is in full campaign mode. He thinks the deficit can be eliminated through cuts in spending in the tax code. In other words, cut loopholes that will in turn raise taxes. Make it (railrds) affordable, so that workers from DC can do commute to NYC on a regular basis. Who is stopping whom? They can think for 10 yrs of war, before that 5 yrs of war. They can not think this? Trump, being an republican is a partially straight shooter. Others, I don't know....

the real question is not "causing it".... "CAUSED IT"? Well I gave the answer: War can NOT be bought by CREDIT. You need to buy WAR with CASH. Evereything can be bought by CREDIT, even corporate/wall st STOCK OPTIONs & similar packages. But war needs to paid by cash. So take a 10 yrs old war out, you have 1 trillion dollar in hand.

No need to make Iraq democratic, Egypt & Yemen something else something else. invest that money here.  Make railroads.

If anybody becomes CEO in a Large Corporate, who can create 'jobs', will get multi-million dollar packge. No problem. please just look the ratio of the package with a PhD in the same organization, who are actually doing the work & providing recommendations to the Sr. Leaders. If the salary ratio can be enhanced by taking the jobs off-shore, any Board will bless them. And they want 1st that there shd have minimal tax policy. The is called Capitalist Economy.
