This was a completely new experience for me. I never realized Lutherans were Christians also...I don't think I really put it all together ... you know, Martin Luther and the whole reformation ordeal. I've never dealt with this form of religion before so I wanted to give you an inside look at Lutheranism and learn some information for myself as well. There are so many forms of Christanity. Enjoy the video I captured with my digital camera. Today was All Saints Day in church and they also had a baptism.

  • Life long Lutheran here, My dad was a minister for 50 years and we have had Lutheran Church workers ( I E pastors , Directors of Christian Education, Teachers) in my family, both mom an dads side for 4 generations.

  • @praizequeen go to lcms.org . that is the LCMS website there should be a link on the page that is a church locator. Just put in a city you want to find a Lutheran Church in an you will find which ever LCMS church is in your area.

  • I'm 15, a Lutheran, and go to a Christian School where most of the kids in my class go to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Reformed Churches. And they don't seem to think that Lutherans are Christians either until I tell them. This has really helped to encourage me to know that if you just have faith and believe that Jesus Christ is Lord you are saved! :)

  • I'm Lutheran, we don't pray or worship ANY saints or Mary, we only have faith in Jesus for salvation, not works, nor do we confess our sins to any man for forgiveness. As to communion, Jesus said do this in remembrance of me.

  • Respond to this video... Listen to this pride "We are Lutherans" Im of Christ, I don't name myself after men. Look at the robes with the religious piety. The Lutheran communion is as satanic as the Catholic Eucharist and they believe the spirit is washed in water (with the word of course) just as the believe the wafer and wine (with the word) becomes the body and blood of Jesus Such stupidiity and piety and blindnness

  • @greenpilgrim50 You don't know what you believe because you were told what to believe. The lutherans are in lock step with the Catholics and that is why you see them dealing with homosexuality because the heathen are just as comfortable there as the saints. Your church is decaying from the inside and will soon be completely apostate because you worship a lie. The Jesus whom you worship is not the Jesus of the Bible and the sacraments you have changed to witchcraft and idolatry

  • @JesusNonEnviromental Lutherans don't believe the bread and wine are transformed. The presence of Christ in, with and under the bread and wine when the spoken word is said over the sacraments in the presence of the celebrant and received by the believer. There's no life in you if you do not eat the bread of heaven. ref John 6:52-58

  • Just a carry-over of the Roman Catholic heresies in the Lutheran Church
