wow. your hands, feet, and just about everything else is wrong. never ever have your hands that far apart you have no control or quickness that way. your right foot should be forward. you're right hand should be as close to the top of the stick as you can get it. put tape there so the refs wont question it. when you clamp never let the butt of your stick leave the ground, as an opponent can easily slide his stick under yours to dislodge the ball from your clamp.

ok that was the worst faceoff form ive seen ever u clearly have no clue what u are doing. 1 never shud yer haands be tht far apoart 2 get down on yer left knee 3 cok eyr hands back 4 get as close to the plastic as possible 5 NEVER BRING YER LEFT HAND UP 6 keep yer hands down and drive into the oppenents stick with yer left hand.. dumb dumb

First off your feet are worng your right foot should be in front of your left foot also u font have to grip the very top and bottom of the stick u know nothing about lacrosse

hey guys, i play lacrosse and i have a question. i'm the middy and i always do faceoff. but when the ref blows the whistle i wont go for the ball, ill fire off and really just block the other guy down the field so he can't get the ball and then the side middys come up and get the ball easily. the other coach said this is illegal? is it? please respond to me
