after locking using bitlocker on my external drive, if i connect to other pc can i access the file? or is the file still lock in other pc??

so, i forgot to turnoff bitlocker while i was installing window 7. so please help, is there anyway i can disable it ? because when i try to reboot it said unable to reboot. please replay

@MJBDC07 am not sure but you can use a free open source encryptor called turecrypt which you can encrypt files and even the whole drive if you what. It has more options then bitlocker.
