Lady: I can tell by your message that you are young. To you older folks are indeed boring! For older folks the youthful inexperience, naively and non maliciousness of younger ones, might seem slow. They envy youthful you! But Lady, you are wiser to stay away from such creepy, perverted, experienced, highly educated, non-slow and fast old folks. You are better off with someone on own age. Let the old folks be with old folks, they are at the same over- the- hill speed! OMG

Johlibaptist:I just think its unfair how some working class students from public schools (such as the girl who got accepted to Harvard, but not to Oxford) dont get in, despite having the grades. I never applied to oxford because we have great universities in US and Canada! Im just not interested in anything remotely connected with oxford. The private lives of Prime Ministers white studying at oxford is none of my business! Dont let the door hit you on your way out. Bye!

@LadyBlueGreenFairy In my experience Oxford makes every effort to equal opportunities. The problem here in England is the wider inequality in the education system as a whole. Also, its entirely possible someone might get into Harvard but not into Oxford, as Oxford's interview system is not just about making sure the student is smart, that's a given, its to make sure the student would do well in Oxford's Socratic and independent style of education.

And talking about different country students, I live in England, but originally I come from small country near Russia and Lithuania, my education is pretty high for my age and I'm still looking forward to Oxford. Do you know where can I look for more information?

@lauruks3Good afternoon! As occurred in 2020, if your father is a banker who donates to Oxford, you’ll get in, no doubt. Or if your daddy dearest is a minister, then you’ll get in for sure. As johlibaptist said, there is a scholarship for Romanian students, which is like saying to a Scottish student: you are not English but there are scholarships for Irish or English students, unlike for Scottish students. Very intelligent and helpful advice from Johlibaptist. Lol
