The system installed (minus bubbler) and running.
I wasnt able to get video of the refill working, but when I turned the system off I did see the water from the refill tank start to creep up the tube. So I guess the larger the vapor space (ie- more water turned into hydroxy gas) the more water is will suck in when it cools down.
On my first test I got .7 LPM output. According to the smack, we should be getting approx 1.1 LPM. So I will try to tweak my sodium hydroxide levels to get better results.
if it gets hot, then the air in the chamber collapses it will suck water
