The Western American diet is too high in meat, dairy, starches, sugar, salt, refined grains (too high in gluten that converts to glue in your stomach), preservatives, artificial colors (that deceive your eyes), additives and flavor enhancers (that deceive and corrupt your taste buds), and a host of other insalubrious substances that are greatly sabotaging our health. Thereby shortening the life longevity of Americans. This is very sad but very true!

Seventy-five (75) percent of our work is with women or females. To heal this nation we must first heal the women. The health of a family is in the hands of the woman (mother/wife). If she is unhealthy, then so is and will be her family. She, the woman, cannot do better until she knows better.

@Merdenoms I know some who have done it. :P But I can see where trying to look out of a tint so close to your eyes over time can hurt your eyes. Just like if you have hair hanging over your eyes for a while it can damage them.
