  • Well I suck- failed after 6 days :(

    Was a big bust. But was worth the shot and many of the food were yummy. I tried to get back on the wagon and failed 3 days after that. Oh well, maybe next time.

  • Omg the ignorance in this vid makes me laugh :) so you got veggies, soymilk, rice, and calorie free beverage with the vegan certification... Wheres your protein? Theres so much good meat imitation out there for beginners like you (and me too). Fav part at the soymilk section "calcium enriched...does that mean its got dairy in it?" or "why dont you get milk flavored soymilk?" this isnt a discouragement from going vegan, but an incouragement to surf the web (especially vegan RD: great for everyth

  • @MorenitaSoul You get all the protein you need from vegan diets. Most ppl in N America get WAY too much protein. That's actually what causes osteoporosis. Look into it. :-)

  • @TearsNoMore87 Try it for 40 days and don't be a pussy. If you don't do your research, it's hard. Starters should look for meat alternative, you're shopping in this video the way I show now! :) I hope you give it a proper shot.

  • "Welcome to the world of veganism" No, welcome to the world of Whole Foods, and organics. Vegan diet is cheaper than an omnivorous one (I live off food stamps). If you don't do your research it's hard. Try it for 40 days and don't be a pussy. :)

  • @MorenitaSoul Protein is the very last thing you have to worry about. That's a big myth, actually all the long life studies have been done on people who ate a low protein diet.

    I used to love meat too - flavor was never an issue. It's a question of character, integrity, and compassion.

  • By the way, I would probably shoot myself on your diet! DULL. today I made chocolate peanut butter cups... stick some sweetened peanut butter on top of slices of banana then melt some chocolate and cover.. put in the freezer and yummy times. I but sugar free chocolate and peanut butter then add xylotol- infinitely healthier than reeses, taste amazing :)...oh and chocolate tofu mouse is nice too :)

  • Lol, you are so unprepared! Just eating from your average supermarket veg isle is not healthy! this is why veganism gets a bad rep! where is your B12, Protein and omega fatty oils ..'where do they get calcium from?' hahaha, say hello to broccoli and spinach mister- you have been brainwashed by the dairy industry, dairy actually depleats your body of calcium due to the casein it contains counteracting it. look it up.
