Flip 3D is nice but it's not really effective, because you can only see a small preview for the windows that are behind the large preview. OS X's Mission Control/Expose is better as previews of all the windows are made visible when activated.

Just use flip 3d... It comes with vista and up I believe. And it looks 10x better
