  • Deam theater with madien ! im not much of a DT fan but the more i listen the more i love it ! i dunno what to expect! .. what songs do they play live most ? i wanna know some so i can sing a long and go crazy cuzz i love this band!!!

  • @Jameshetfield794 The thing with DT is that they almost never play the same songs over and over again. Mike Portnoy is really good at making good set lists, and make sure they play songs they have not played in a while.

But they almost always play songs from either Images And Words or Awake, and most of the songs from the last two-three albums. So I suggest u learn them all, Haha!

  • LaBrie's version is always better than Dominici's version. LaBrie is just a billion times better.

  • Best version of the song

  • @Gaudamn Sorry, but there's no comparison, listen to the live at the marquee version (i prefer it to this one).

It's arguably the greatest vocal performance ever. Dominici's voice to me was to whiny and filled with vibrato on the lower parts, and he lacked the range and high end power labrie had at this time.

  • From 6:26 to end ... Anyone singer had, has and will have this kind of volcal's capability ... perhaps the best Ian Gillan in Child in time ... INCREDIBLE James !

  • @HenrikMoe90 You know what's really funny is that for their Maiden tour I noticed they played the same set list every night. There are a few videos up from other cities that have the same set list I wrote down from DC. Nonetheless, LaBrie never faltered even once during the show. I wish they'd played some older songs because of it though.

  • Gotta love Kev Mo at 4:30.

  • Haha....Thank you for making me feel ancient. :-) I stopped going to concerts for a little while, unfortunately. So I haven't seen them since. I really hope I get the chance in the near future. They're an amazing band. My friends and I were 18-ish at the time and we were blown away, heh. Up until then, I was a huge Fates fan (I still am), but DT took it to the next level. LaBrie might be getting older, but he still is an extremely talented singer to do what he does night after night for hours.

  • @liquifex Wow, I can't beleive you were actually there. That's incredible. I was only 3 in 92. I didn't appreciate James range back then cause I hadn't hit puberty. But seriously that's awesome that you saw them!

  • Omf god ,,,,, that was live !!! I'm going to shit my pants and I wasn't there ....... awesome love this band im getting addicted to

  • I would have killed to be present on that show! Lucky bastard! haha

You should see them live this year, they're still kicking
