so that's how they do traffic, I was actually at a radio station in albany ny, and they never told me how it really worked... even though I asked since the same thing was on all of their stations. The only difference is the software, they use NexGen, and they don't have touch screen monitors

Nope where I live computers haven't replaced announcers too much more network stations have replaced local. You can have one announcer sit in one location and give the illusion he or she lives in your region.
