My son found the original 5 minute video for me after I told him about a UFO I seen over Riverside, CA on 11-18-2011. I saw this thing at a little less than half the distance and I'm here to tell you this thing is absolutely real. Other comments about this video from people who have seen it describe the exact same details I remember. Appears silver during the day but glows orange at night. When I seen it it was whipping the tentacle-like appendages and morphed into different shapes & textures.

@TicoBrohey If you read the poster's comments, he says the video was created using Adobe After Effects. That pretty much makes it beyond a doubt that this video is fake.

Totally real. Don't be stupid. Ive been seeing these things and the little ball things too flying around since i was a kid. Cali is loaded with activity, especially in the Bay Area. We are very lucky to see these little bastards in our skies, they are there, and we can't do shit about it. I've seen, the balls of light(up close BTW), The Black Triangle thing(that was badass) and the shape changing UFO also. Mankind is not the know all end all. We ain't shit.
