Left ET. When the occluder is 1st placed over the right eye, the left eye moves out. Could argue that it is alternating, but it seems to be only intermittently manifest in the right eye.

Looks like a huge left esotropia (even though the test was for phorias).

But if it was a true manifest squint surely covering the squinting eye would have no effect on the position of the good eye..

OS EsoTropia.
Her eyes are not properly alligned when in primary position, therefore, this can´t be a 'phoria' case.

Rt . Esophoria !! ,, The eyes look normally ,, but when cover , it deviates outward !

If the eye moves outward on uncovering >>> Esophoria
If the eye moves inward on uncovering >>> Exophoria
If the eyes do not move >>> Orthophoria
