I agree, Sears sucks. I now have to video record each call I make to them. I am going to post it here and embarrass the sh*t out of them. I started out treating them nicely bit now it's war.

If your merchandise was truly defective all you had to to was return it or exchange it with in the policy guidelines. Here's a tip be nice to your sales associate when you talk to them about your problem and they will generally go the extra mile to help you. Speaking from 8 years of SEARS retail experience.

@farmonthefreeway well this person seems to be arrogant, and he seems to be uncivilized or even educated....no wonder that his mom raised her this way....... like parents like children..... dont know how to appreciate the help that is being attempted to be given to him...... what a looser..... Yeah we know youre a customer then deal with it... allow other people to give their effort in helping you out...... no wonder ther's no resolution yet to your dissapointment

ur so fckng gay and so stupid
I thought this was actually going to be serious...
Is this a joke?
When you order food at a restaurant and something is wrong with it (wrong food, cooked wrong, etc), do you call the corporate number and ask them to fix it? NO! You talk to the waiter and get it fixed, maybe even ask to see the manager who can help you out.
If something was wrong with a product you bought at Sears, return it. It's that simple. We just sell the products, we don't make them. Go cry somewhere else.

Assuming that these items proved defective very soon after purchase, why didn't you go through the manufacturer?
