that's not common in Russia to ask someone if he is ok when he just hit himself a little... it's obvious that he's ok. of course they're gonna help you if you lost your arm or leg

that's the thing with drunk people that do stupid things to themselves when they are drunk... you really don't care if they are ok or not.... you would rather pay attention to the chick instead.

The subtitles are total crap. He's saying to them "I'm going to drive into that building area". Then he is asked "what building area?" and he says "that one!". Then he does his thing. And the guy in the end says: "That's another figure 8" (in the guy's bike's front wheel).
Absolut translation fail.
