if you dont mind me asking how much do you weigh

i am seriously considering a suspension, but i weigh 220 and wondering if four hooks would be enough to hold me up without tearing out

I was at 210lb for the suspension. I saw guys much bigger than me go up. Whoever is setting up the suspention for you will figure out how many hooks and what gauge are needed. It is definitely not the time to lie about weight.

I'm sure it has to do with the body posture while hanging. Just picture someone committing suicide by hanging themselves with a rope.

wow I really really want to do this. I was cringing when I saw them pierce you -im afraid of needles- but when I saw you swinging around, smiling and laughing the urge to do it came back. It's amazing for such a big man -Im a tiny girl- you look so elegant in the air like that. I deff wanna do suicide suspension, I have many personal reasons why. I'm taking it the pain is a mindset and you break through that barrier in the air.

I think there are two things to overcome. The thought of the pain from the hooks going in and then trying to let yourself go so you can get off the ground.

The pain lasts just a moment, but I thought it to be quite painful. Especially since there are 4 hooks to put in and the thickness of skin it goes through is a lot.

For me, getting my mind to let go and pick my feet off the ground was difficult. really didn't want to let go.

I would do it all all again in a heartbeat.

Man, Im gettin ready for my first suspension, Im new to the whole thin to be quite honest, but if I understand right its more of a mental process to ready yourself, is there any resources or ppl I can tlk to and everytihng? Im really excited man, and cant wait for the experience!!!

How much did this cost you? I'm not so much worried about my weight but I want to know how much money I should save for this procedure. I've been waiting years..

@91bdoug The hooks can hold up to 300lbs so you'll be fine :3
