Dinesh Kashikar, a senior Art of Living yoga teacher conducts a Sri Sri Yoga session. He teaches the participants of the workshop to do kKapaal Bbhatti Ppranayam.
About Dinesh Kashikar
36 years old, this yoga teacher has been with »The Art of Living« in India since 1995 and has given a countless number of people an understanding of yoga. Dinesh Kashikar or Kashi as everyone refers to him, is from Ahmedabad, India and has a degree in chemical engineering from IIT.
Dinesh Kashikar has also succeeded to several tasks for the organization in India. He was in a leading position at The Art of Living's own publishing company and used to coordinate activities at the Sri Veda Agama Samskrutha Mahapatahasala School that aims at reviving India's old Vedic traditions.
Soon it became clear that Kashi's true vocation is yoga. Pure, original yoga became his passion, far away from lifestyle yoga and body forming. His impressive travel activity leads him around the world -- to Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Germany, Poland, Russia and even to Mongolia to teach people the knowledge of yoga. It's the world's oldest system to show us how we can unite body, spirit mind and soul.

About Sri Sri Yoga
Sri Sri Yoga is a celebration of the diversity in Yoga in a simple and joyful manner. We combine yoga essentials- breathing techniques, stretching and postures, meditation and relaxation, and yogic knowledge. By incorporating all these beautiful facets of yoga we are able to look deep beyond the level of the physical body and really sharpen our sensitivity and awareness of subtler levels of existence. Practice of Sri Sri Yoga cultivates a more healthy and happy lifestyle.

On a physical level, Yogic exercises strengthen, lengthen and replenish muscle tissues, which helps hold bones and align the whole body. Holding postures burns fat and reduces cholesterol. Yogic breathing brings more oxygen to the heart and nourishes the whole system. The breath work also aids in reducing toxin levels in the body by expelling unwanted stresses.
