Snap out of it h2thaRHIZZo! You're sounding like you are starting to worry. Do not get down on yourself on how you feel about things right now in your career. Things will get better, you are doing a great job! You're a brand new nurse. Take some time to re-group and, don't forget your faith, continue to put God first, and "You CAN do ALL THINGS through Christ who strengthens you!" Phill 4:13. Ask Him to open up your mind and increase your understanding. He will do it, He's done it for me :)

hmmm here in the Philippines, 1 nurse working in a government hospital is to 10-50 patients ....

Guys,that's really good.5-6:1 ratio of patients!!! I wonder how it feels like to have just few patients in your care. It must be soooooooo cool!! We are 13:1 here in England!! with only one Nursing aides!!!that's in the night. I think 2-3 aides in the day. You are so lucky.work wise,responsibility is less risky...

You CAN DO IT!!! I know you can! You can do it on your own. You're just beginning working as a Nurse. Don't get so stress out. One day you're gonna look back and think "why was I so worried?" and you will laugh.  I admire you so much. Remember, you're my role model.
