Brightest and Best - Alto & Sopranino Recorder

This arrangement all started when I heard Brad Sohndal's version of "Brightest and best of the sons of the morning". I liked it very much and looked through YouTube to see if others had recorded it. Among the many versions I found, I came upon a beautiful version sung by the McLain Family. This version inspired me to make the present arrangement of "Brightest and best of the sons of the morning" for alto and sopranino recorder. In the comments on the McLain version George Pickow mentioned how the McLain Family learned this melody from the Carter Family.
