You think you've heard and seen it all. You need to hear it from the man who started it all, and who surmised that Marty was innocent even during the course of the trial, as he sat in that courtroom, former Judge Stuart Namm! The Martin Tankleff story. Another case of injustice in Suffolk County, NY, by the judge who caused a five year investigation by the SIC of the Suffolk Count District Attorney's office and the Police Homicide Squad, and lost his robes as a result. After 17 years in prison for murders which he did not commit, a NY Appellate court finally sets the verdict aside. This is a trailer for a 56 minute documentary done in 1998 on the premise that Marty was not guilty. Hear Det. McCready in the witness box of a NC courtroom, being examined by a former Suffolk County judge, say that he never arrested an innocent person. This incredible documentary, now on DVD, which was never before available to the public, is available by sending a check or money order payable to Stuart Namm at 101 Marshview Rd., Hampstead, NC 28443, in the amount of $33.95, which includes $4.00 for shipping. The DVD's will be in our hands before the third week of February, in a very limited edition. So please place your order now to ensure that you don't miss out on this first, and very devastating, documentary on the Tankleff case. You'll want to watch it time and time again! There is another trailer on this site. You can learn more at: www.legaleagleproductions.com/Documentaries.

  • Thank God justice was finally served...it's a shame Marty had to spend 17 years wrongfully imprisoned, but he was lucky even during that time, considering how virtually his entire family stood by him and firmly believed in his innocence.

Oh, and be sure to pick up "A Criminal Injustice", a book just published about the case...got my copy on sale @ Borders, and while it's a lengthy 600 pages, you def won't be able to put it down!

  • I am following the story and he goes to court on the 15th to drop charges of guilty.May the Truth Set You Free Marty.Blessings and Healing to you now and for the days ahead of you. Voice
