First we see train #261 the last revenue Amtrak of the day from Penn Station, NY to Albany-Rensselaer chug through Peekskill, NY just 100-miles from destination.

Next we see Amtrak's weekly (Sunday night / Monday morning only) dead-head equipment move train #1297, which operates as a turn of the equipment from Su Only train #288 to get said equipment back to ALB so it can be turned out for morning service. This train usually runs double ended to facilitate the quick turn at NYP from 288 to 1297.

Filmed just after midnight on April 20, 2009.
