Reggie Dixon of Plainfield, New Jersey and Hampton University ran a 4.1 forty at the Chuck Mound Football Challenge in 2007 a year after winning the Fastest Recruit award at the 2006 Elite College Combine as a sophomore ...witness possibly the fastest schoolboy ... Devin Smith (PSU) came about in 2007 and ran a 4.3 at the Elite College Combine before returning back in 2008 and clocking a 4.2 forty at the BigTime Football Showcase.

Hand times don't mean shit, show me a 4.1-4.3 on a F.A.T timing system, laser timing, or some form of electronic timing that is verified accurate to within 100s of a second and then were talking. Obviously this guys fast but i doubt hes 4.1 fast.

@TheKarriem Yes I know I thought you said something negative about the school he's currently attending HAMPTON University.They were the only school that offered him a scholarship and needless to say he's making the most of it.

@mosdefali As stated before right now Reggie has the fastest 60 time in college 6.67 and he may break his pr of 6.58 he set last yr before the NCAA Championships.

it would not count to an NFL scout u have to pause at the starting line for at least 2 seconds...the kid is still fast tho hands down but its really like a 4.3 but thats still rolling and somebody would take a chance on him if he has size
