Performing at the Live Bar in Greenville, North Carolina on Sunday, December 25, 2011.

Todd Jackson, lead guitarist and founder of Lexx Luthor, many times will add a surprise to the show. In support of local talent, bands and rock and roll in general, Jackson likes to invite a guest musician to play with Lexx Luthor.

This time, Dustin Varner, a roadie and stage hand for Lexx Luthor joined the band on stage to play guitar in his debut appearance.

Every surprise is uniquely different and that is why you should catch as many Lexx Luthor shows as possible.

Lexx Luthor was formed in 1984 in Kinston, North Carolina.

Quote from Bam Bam on NC Scene: "If you were anywhere near the North Carolina scene back in the mid eighties you'd know the name LEXX LUTHOR meant "Rolling Party!" Formed back in the late fall of 1984, the band took its first formation under the guidance of bassist Joe Baker, drummer Neal Dennis, Guitarist John Bateman, Guitarist Todd Jackson, and vocal virtuoso Mickey Wetherington. Busting straight out of the non-existent music scene in Kinston, NC the guys rode through every club and Hell-hole across the state. Boasting a set of cover tunes that included a heavy blend of Metallica, Queensrÿche, Metal Church, Dio, Pat Travers, Saxon, Motorhead, Celtic Frost and more. They caught on quick with audiences who were dazzled by the precision in which they played the songs, plus the spectacle which became the stage show they would become known for".

Musical influences... Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Jesse Bolt, Driver, AC/DC, Maxx Warrior, Wrathchild America, Thin Lizzy and Buster Brown.

Todd Jackson - lead guitar
Danny O'Rourke - guitar
Scott Davis - bass
Jason Patterson - drums
Tony Williams - vocals

Other band members has included Robert Sledge, Eric Fearrington, Mark Whichard, Dennis Bauer and Sully Erna.
