Unethical and corrupted actions of Wells Fargo Bank.wmv

This is a video discussing the unethical and corrupted actions of Wells Fargo Bank when these self serving people unethically and unlawfully took my land and my cabin and had it trashed out. Everything that I owned and had collected since I was born was in this cabin. Everything was put out like a pile of garbage 10 feet wide and 45 feet long and piled up in a big pile like trash in over 2 1/2 inches of rain by the Cherokee County Sheriff's Department with the help of a bunch of hispanics. All of this was done at the hands of a big bank and a corrupted Sheriff's Department that has no concern for the rights of the individual.

If anything like this has happened to you I would like to hear about it. And if there is anyone out there who cares enough to help me, I could certainly use some financial help, or help in any way.

@Infragilis8 No, I have not gotten my land back...the case is still pending. The judge found against Wells Fargo on the summery of judgement but she also found against me. The next step will be trial, unless they settle. I wish I could get a bunch of people on my side...the attorney for Wells Fargo is such a jerk. He calls my little cabin "nothing more than a shack".

@larine824 Yes...the updates will hopefully posted soon (search: kerry walker story)...there was a hearing and it went our way...the attorney must let us know if he has documents that could help us in our case (that he has refused to let us see). It has also been put on a trial calendar...

My heart goes out to you, Because of Wells Fargo Mortgage I'm going to lose my home as well. Because the loan officer didn't do his do diligence and it could be a easy fix but Wells Fargo Mortgage cares more about their deep pockets rather than the people that put everything they had in to their home only to lose it to the bank
