@starflame34 When he asked that it was using a G'ould style Hyper Drive. They wanted an Asgard Style Hyper Drive.

@starflame34 Its probably the hyperdrive that allows them to travel to Atlantis without the use of the stargate, though you may be familiar that its a four week journey

I have a question: In the episode "Covenant", Jack O'Neil asked the Asgard: "How about a hyperdrive for the Prometheus?". Why would he ask that if the Prometheus already HAS a hyperdrive. I seen it travel through hyperspace before, so did I miss something?
