For two years I've had to put up with this! and still pay over $100 dollars month. I have gotten no where and all they are doing is dicking me around. I know im not the only one with problems with comcast. I'm going to be relentless intill they do something about there supposed "customer guarantee" which i was told it's them at the call center 24 hrs a day. why thank you comcast for being open 24 hrs so we can report a problem!!

OMFG i've had the EXACT same fucking problem. They have come out to fix it 5x and it's still not fixed. also they said on there commercial "if we don't fix the problem the first time, we'll put a 50$ credit on your account" i've never had any credit put on my account, much less 4 times. N it's this exact same shit. I've been debating on getting a vid camera to record it so i could show exactly what the problem is, but this vid shows it perfectly. Thank you soooo much.
