no disrespect to you technicians (cuz i really appreciate what you guys do), but unfortunately, the CS folks were kind of dicks about it when we would call, tho.
went so far as to tell our neighbors that our neighborhood "wasn't a priority," even tho we had a neighbor with heart problems and my sis was 5 months prego.
we were insanely happy to see them replace our melted transformer, obviously.
