  • this is a very helpful video. I am an all american college football player and shattered my femur in a car accident. So now its back to learning proper runing techniqe. i wish be watching this video everyday and relay others to this video as well.

This video was made to place an emphasis on perfect technique and show everyone in the world how to correctly execute athletic movements that will take them to the next level. My millions of brothers and sisters across the world in other countries dont speak english but they understand technique. Thank you for downloading my music, I appreciate that.

  • @TREMARIWIN14 Thank You for watching. You are 140 lbs, you should consume at least 140 grams of protein per day. Try matching 1 gram of protein for each pound of your weight. The workout videos that I have made available for the world to enjoy will definitely help you increase your "40 time" if you dedicate yourself to a lifestyle of greatness.

  • Great workout and moreover great execution! I'm an athletic instructor from Spain, and I'm a big fan of this kind of workouts. Ladder, agility, plyo, running technique drills...
