LeeRoyyyyyyy is absolutely on track. Strangely enough, Bubya Bush had a similar plan, shot down by his xenophobic ( and/or financially naive ) GOP brethren. I would suggest however that illegals would be happy to 'program in' at $12000-15000, spread over 5-15 years. Likewise, American scofflaws who hired illegals need to be tapped as well, particularly when they pocketed the taxes that they told the illegals they were paying for them.

2- immigrants when legalized will start thinking about opening bank accounts ,credit cards,buy houses,american made cars and maybe start small business and employ us workers ,especially in the agriculture industry where we have massive land and when used can maybe keep us from importing from other countries .
so think about the amount of money made in interest .
