  • Very educational.Thank you.

  • Please show the scientific study that shows decreased water levels and cancers showing up in the Athabasca and Peace River deltas are a direct result of Oilsands activity. Detrimental effects in the delta areas have however been proven to be a result of the damming of the Peace in the 60's when the natural flood cycle was lost...hmmm, in your view Hydro must be infinitely better than the evil oil industry.

  • So what give them some money so they shut up problem solved.

  • Very education : I am looking for a Video on all US Oil & Gas pipelines

  • When i was doing some research on this topic for a paper I found that in the anchor fields in the 3 areas of the mackenzie delta were being built on migrating bird sanctuaries. So this means that birds will have to find a new home which will most likely kill many of the birds in the process which will change the biodiversity in the long run. Not to mention the amount of trees what will be but down in an area that has very little trees to begin with. I think its just frustrating.

  • They will lets us build the pipeline its just a matter of when we do it to make the economy better.

  • I like how the same over exagerated "facts" are used, Like the oil sands will devastate and area the size of Florida, right from the Greenpeace playbook, Fact is mining will affect 2.5% of the entire oilsands deposit. There is also the insinuation that native tribes are up in arms over this development, fact is very few tribes are opposed, the others have long ago bought in to development and in many cases are partners and making a better future for their tribes welfare.

  • Total lie, you associate the pipeline with oilsands developement. That pipeline has been proposed for over 40 years, long before oilsands requirements. It was proposed because oil companies found gas in the Mackenzie Delta and wanted a way to get it to market. Your graphic shows the pipe going right to Ft Mac, it will not. It ties into existing pipelines in Northern Alberta and the gas will be sold into the system. Is gas that gets sold to the Oilsands any more evil than gas sold to your home?

  • Yeah that was awesome but very sad.
