"Whenever the laws of any state are broken, a duly authorized organization swings into action. It may be called the State Police, State Troupers, Militia, the Rangers, or the Highway Patrol."
Actually that's not true of EVERY state, because Hawaii has no state police. Of course, Hawaii wasn't a state yet when this show was being broadcast, so the narrator wasn't incorrect.

Blah, blah, blah....Why did I even watch this crap?

Funny thing I noticed by watching Highway Patrol:
Seems that the vaguely California looking state has
no other law enforcement except the Highway Patrol!!
Ten Fouh!!

Impressions of Broderick Crawford in this show were staples among 1960s comedians: "Ten fouah! Ten fouah!!"

Get outta the car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The narrator was the great voice artist, Art Gilmore, who passed away Sept. 25, 2010 at the age of 98. His voice always takes me back to my childhood.
