In a recent case, we had a client who was in an accident involving a railroad car. During our investigation, we were able to get out and photograph the scene including aerial photos. What the photos showed was a lack of railroad attention signals and whistles like at most crossings for a railroad. On a busy street with plenty of traffic, they failed to provide the proper warning for automobiles.
