The people's banquet with the four successful chefs Chris Fearon from Northern Ireland with his starter season, shake and curry on coronation chicken, Aktar Islam from the Central region with his fish course sea bass with battered soft shell crab, Tom Kerridge from London and the South East region with his main course hog roast and Paul Ainsworth from the South West region with his dessert taste of the fairground. As a special surprise those chefs that made it to the final for each of the regions are invited to the banquet along with the people they had invited who have brought canapes with them.
