  • Two fantastic shots at a location that is quickly being overtaken by the dreaded undergrowth Bill.....Bob

  • @robmasterman Thanks Rob, it's the same everywhere, trees, trees and shrubs. It is getting harder to find an uninterrupted view these days, unless your in the North.

  • Great clips at both locations. What time did you get to that prime spot for Ollie?

'Gotta feel sorry for the ducks at 1:52.

  • @churchward82c Prime spot! A few actually questioned my sanity for being there!

Yes the ducks certainly had their nap spoilt but the swan was so coooool.

  • Two fantastic shots there, thumbs up & fav'd. Ollie had the sound but Earl had the speed. I was up with everyone else by the pumping station for Ollie, then up on the hill for Earl, got soaked but it was worth it =)

  • @letmadnessbegin I was going to say we were lucky with the weather, what with the sun shining on both engines - I had conveniently forgotten about the downpour whilst I sat in my car!

  • An excellent video of 2 superb clips Rob! A joy to watch and a lovely location on the canal.

    Thanks for Sharing!

  • 2 great clips. Ollie was in fine form on Saturday although those of us who filmed it at Paddington had a farely tame departure. Although the Earl was late the engine seemed to working very hard to make up for lost time.

  • @AndreiTupolev Yes Ollie could be heard for ages after passing

  • @molzips The Earl was certainly shifting but I think Ollies times were very slack so had no choice but to take it easy.
