You seem to be skipping counter-steering which is crucial. Weighting pegs is not gonna take you anywhere in terms of rapid and effective changing your direction of travel, cornering that is. I'm not saying that that weighting pegs be that inside or outside is not a good thing but this simply does not make the bike turn effectively in my humble opinion, counter-steering does! For the record I'm not supporting any riding school - I'm speaking from my own experience :)

@quniok they aren't talking about steering, they are talking about using body positioning to reduce lean angle.
most people counter steer pretty much intuitively.
