my mother n law is a head C.O is the cuyahoga womans correctional facility & she's tld me some pretty wack stories through out 10 yrs. This reminds me of one story she shared tht a teen mother from northern columbia station killed her bbys dad at point blank range & the girl pleaded by reason of insanity & not once ever seen anytime behind bars.
