So I was basing this during the events of New Moon, except that when Alice sees a vision of Bella jumping off the cliff, Carlisle rushes to help her, only to be stopped by Edward who is jealous of Carlisle's feelings towards Bella. They fight, but although Edward wins he walks away, not able to kill Carlisle in the end. Carlisle rushes off to find Bella, hoping he can save her in time...
