Everyone that owns a camcorder knows how hard it is to get surten effects with your camera. To get a real focus on what you are filming you dont want your surrounding to be sharp. Therefor you will need an adapter to add lenses infront of your camcorder. I have an Canon FD 50mm f1.4 atached to my Jag35pro.
Well it sure gives some cool effects and is well worth the money. I got myself the whole rigg (included the D|Focus) and mounted a plate to screw an lilliput screen on. That screen can flip an image upside down.
Alsow it's a bigger screen than your camcorder screen.

This is my first shoot with the product and I love it. It sure needs more lighting. Be aware its a dark december day without any proper lightning
If you like the product got to http://www.jag35.com for more info

If you like the music visit http://www.youtube.com/user/RidvanDuzey

If you like some heavy metal music with an contra bass player visit The Lucifer Principle youtube channel. There are clips i made without the jag35. http://www.youtube.com/user/Welcometobloodshed

Have a nice day!

  • Great job. I just got a sony HC9 and a DOF adapter, but I cannot seem to get it to focus. What did you set it one to get everything in such great focus?

  • @llw777 Wel i just aim for an white paper. Make sure you dont zoom in to much. Just aim for an white piece of paper or an white wall. Use manual focus to make sure it stays focus on the grain. Than your good to go.

  • does the dof adapter need need to be plugged in to vibrate?

  • @ArodProduction

No this one has 2 battery inside that are chargable. Plug it in to recharge it.

If it still doesnt work tweak the screw that is on that block attached to the DOF adapter.

  • How do get your computer to recognise the tape in the camera(HDR-HC9)? or did you use memory stick

  • @robparkour The computer doesnt reconize the tape. It doesnt work that way. Your camera sends out a signal from the tape to the computer and the computer reconize that signal trough your ilink cable (firewire). If you installed the right software and read the guid correctly than it should work.

ps: i dont use a memory stick.

    greetings
