@sophiez2000 Anna explained this in one of her videos, she said that her dad used to call her Anina which in Italian translates to little Anna so Jonathan did not want to do the exact same thing as her dad so he decided to call her Nina as a nickname

@pinkandgold99 well they had their wedding in Italy but there was some sort of complications for a long time with the legality of their wedding in Ireland (where they live) because Anna was born in the US so they just recently (on leap day) were legally married in Ireland!
