dude you should have worned us not do kill him in the first one for those just looking for one peace of info in your kick ass walkthrough like me. I cant get it now and I'm already up to this point. I'm going to have to redo most of the game now from my last save before the fort area.

i hit sander cohen with the crossbow as soon as he walked through the door and died so if it wasnt for this walkthrough i would have never known that he was a houdini splicer

Wait I still was able to get into this room and to the power of the poeple station even after killing Cohen. I just hacked the door and from there I went for another shotgun upgrade.
