Resistance bands can be really tough but many have been brain washed into thinking that only weights will give results. They simply refuse to believe that resistance bands can be equal or better but they can be!

I have found resistance bands to be great for rehabilitation as well as building muscle, strength etc. I use lifeline USA chest pull expander and Power Pushup 3 for chest press etc. For core work I use a Power Wheel.

@voianhemsed Glad to hear that. You're right In fact, one of the videos I currently do called V-Sculpt from Tony Horton's One on One series is almost entirely with bands. It is super intense. You can get a mega pump from them.

try (gorilla strength gear bands)they go up to 721 lb of resistance and there only 69.99 life time warranty , he sells them on ebay and google, the bands this guy is using are made in china.

@foshodoe111 I got these bands online a while back. I can't really remember but you can get them on my website in case you are interested. It is listed under "gear"

@Beripped4life ya the Gorillastrengthgear there top of the line bands I've had mine for years and over a 1000 uses and there still going strong.

@TheJuiy Hey man, good to hear you're going strong with the program. As far as the dieting is concerned, are you still doing the fat shredder? Maybe there is some tweaking we can do on your diet.
