  • Excellent!

Chomsky is great at articulating what's wrong with the neoliberal model as well as the National Security state!

  • Yet Americas prison population is the highest in the World by far. China has 75% of our prison population, with 4 times the population.

  • @WorshipInTruth I also enjoy the content of his speeches. It's his writing that I have trouble digesting.

  • @kellygiz Well he most certainly is dry, too dry to chew or swallow.

  • @WorshipInTruth I rather enjoy his dry sarcasm.

  • Chomsky is unbearable to listen too, I guess he thinks that if he speaks in a completely detactched and monotone voice that people will confuse that for intelligent speech.

  • "Criminal has the word black in front of it"??? Is this dude fuckin nuts or just trying to feed off of the naive??

  • @TheFreeMarketRapesU Well that is great considering that the neoliberal model and the national security state are completely at odds. This man is a marxist through and through, he is dangerous to America and while he is generally right regarding American foreign policy he is a deadly serpent in every other aspect. This man is either a complete idiot or a total wolf, I think it is more likely the latter.

  • lucid anarchism is a crystal palace though, something for the far future for sure

  • "Chain gangs were reintroduced by a few states during the "get tough on crime" 1990s, with Alabama being the first state to revive them in 1995. The experiment ended after about one year in all states except Arizona, where in Maricopa County inmates can still volunteer for a chain gang to earn credit toward a high school diploma or avoid disciplinary lockdowns for rule infractions."

Not surprisingly Arizona still has it. And not surprising further is that it is in the county with Joe Arpaio.
