Practice at home your basic Zumba salsa steps. Join me in the garden among the herbs, flowers and ripening grapes of Bordeaux.




Concentrate on keeping the movement shifting from side to side. Try NOT to plant your movement too much on one foot or the other. Have fun!

@Ashree10 Thanks for the comment! I will keep my eye out for a slower one. Thanks for subscribing. You will be notified when I create new dances. Until then keep practicing...I promise it will become easier. Remember never plant your weight too much on one foot. You should be ready to change directions at anytime. Just like a football player, tennis player or boxer ...it is the same idea.

Sorry for the delay everyone. I was traveling in America. The song is The Anthem. I live 20 minutes outside of Bordeaux France in the middle of the vineyards.
