Your brother is so cool helping children become fit! Am I bad person for laughing at the girl that cried? Oh my gosh, pain without a known reason is so hard. Yummmm quinoa and ginger! Yeah I think my brothers job is awesome :o) Come to find out the pain was from an infection that was spreading NICE right :o) But the antibiotics took care of it :o) Yup My Dad started a Log Home buisness in 1985 so we all grew up working at the family buisness so Mark knows alot about construction and He's building his ouwn log home with a helpful crew of family and friends to chip in :O) LOL yes!! our song :o) Yeah i agree about the tracey statement. Love intervals :o) LOVE IT!!!

Actually i'm thilled about the .2 loss it adds to my loss in the past 7 weeks being 4.2 lbs which is alot at this stage in the game :o) and today i droped again ! :o)

Great video! I wish that show was on in the U.K. They do have the biggest loser but I think they've only done it once and it was ages ago! shame about the .2 loss but your working hard so its bound to show up some time or another. cya :) xx
